Intellectual Property All designs, graphics, logos, and content created by Salinas Valley Graphics are the exclusive property of Salinas Valley Graphics. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any of our designs or content is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

Customer-Supplied Artwork By submitting artwork, logos, or designs for your order, you confirm that you have the legal right to use and reproduce the submitted materials. Salinas Valley Graphics is not responsible for any copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-supplied artwork.

Limitation of Liability Salinas Valley Graphics shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
