By placing an order with Salinas Valley Graphics, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Custom Orders All items are custom made to order. Once an order is placed, production begins promptly. For this reason, we are unable to make changes or cancellations after an order has been submitted.

2. All Sales Are Final All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of pickup or delivery. We will remake the item at no additional cost. After 7 days, the item is considered accepted.

4. Local Pickup & Delivery We currently offer local pickup and delivery in the Salinas, CA area only. No shipping is available at this time.

5. Pricing All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes will be applied at checkout.
