All Sales Are Final

At Salinas Valley Graphics, all items are custom made to order specifically for you. Because each product is created uniquely at the time of purchase, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. All sales are final.

Refunds are not available for any reason, except in the event that your item arrives defective or incorrect due to an error on our part. In those cases, we will gladly remake the item at no additional cost.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of pickup or delivery with details and photos so we can assist you. After 7 days, the item is considered accepted and no longer eligible for replacement.
